3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to avoid a fee. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

It is your responsibility to ensure your pet is healthy and suitable for grooming. If your pet has any underlying health conditions or injuries, please inform us prior to the appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets exhibiting signs of illness or aggression.
